Transitioning

Join us for a fun and informative evening on Friday February 28th 2014, 6-8pm.  The Sunshine Coast in Transition Initiating Team in collaboration with the owners and staff of Wheatberries Bakery at 818 Gibsons Way, Gibsons are hosting a Transition Cafe theme on Local Currencies.

The presentation will be given by Vancouverite Bruno Vernier.  Vernier has been studying local currencies all over the world for the last couple of years, connecting with half the world's leaders, either by reading their work, through email conversation or in face to face meetings, including Bernard Lietaer(an originator of the Euro) and Michael Linton (a community currency pioneer).
