The Home and Garden Expo will be held at the Gibsons Recreation Centre, Sat. June 13th, from 11 to 12.  
A number of electric vehicles will be parked outside the entrance, with owners happy to talk about their driving experiences.  Alternative Power Systems will have booths with loads of information on solar power, and they’re offering the Expo Grand Prize:  a complete solar panel system, worth $5,000!Alevtina Akbulatova, BC Hydro`s net metering expert, will be giving a presentation from 11 to 12.
