Hello Wild Salmon People
I wish I could report better news regarding the Cohen Inquiry. Canada and the Province of BC did what they could to prevent me from reporting on the content of the 500,000 documents submitted to Cohen. At some point my testimony will appear on the Cohen website on the dates September 7, 8 so you can verify what I have written on my blog.
The salmon farmers are already telling everyone "Salmon farmers confident Cohen will not link wild fish decline to farmed fish," I guess they have the inside scoop

Hi friends, We are having one last workshop of the season coming up the end of this month. Again, it is an introductory workshop designed to give you basic cob building skills, and a good overview of what is involved from start to finish in a cob building project. For those of you who have a little more experience, this workshop will also be a great way to practice your new skills and deepen your knowledge.

Morton Reveals Reason for Sockeye Decline
With the release of previously withheld information regarding the Fraser sockeye and farm salmon research, Alexandra Morton reveals why she thinks the salmon farms are the reason the sockeye runs are in decline. In her recent blog she states:
Three days ago, the lawyer for the Province of BC at the Cohen Inquiry refused to allow the fish farm disease databases to be entered as a public exhibit at the Cohen Inquiry. On Sunday night people started sending emails to Premier Christy Clark and at 2 pm on Monday the lawyer for the Province stood up and retracted their opposition and the BC salmon farm disease records became public. Finally, I can tell you why I think salmon farms have become the gatekeeper to Fraser sockeye survival.
